Multibeam Echosounder for Seafloor Mapping
Based on our proven WASSP Multibeam Echosounder technology, we developed the WASSP Wireless ‘Forward Mapping Sonar’ specifically for the Superyacht market allowing the yacht's tender to make extremely detailed 2D and 3D depth maps of the underwater seafloor in uncharted or poorly charted areas allowing the large yacht a safe passage or anchorage.
The live mapping data from the remote (Tender) vessel is transmitted in real-time via a dedicated wireless connection directly to a display on the mothership.
