Polarshine 12 is a water-based and silicone-free one-step polishing compound. Polarshine 12 removes scratches from P2000 or finer (depending on the surface and polishing pad) and it has a perfect balance of haze and hologram versus speed of cut.

Polarshine 12 Black is a water-based silicone-free polishing compound designed to quickly and permanently remove sanding scratches on industrial paints from P2000 and finer, leaving a hologram-free deep gloss finish. Specifically developed for dark surfaces and composites. Ideal for gel coat, high gloss lacquers and exposed carbon fibre.

Mirka offers a wide range of professional polishing pads in different dimensions including: lambswool pads, polishing foam pads and twisted wool pads.

Thanks to its lightness, balance and easy maneuverability, the LEROS-S makes it possible to sand large areas faster and easier, such as yachts and boats. The large sanding pad with its 5mm orbit works especially well in leveling filler. It features a highly flexible sanding head to make sanding easier and more ergonomic. A better working position makes sanding more effortless and improves the end result as well as productivity.

Abralon® J3 is a unique multifunctional abrasive for an ultrafine surface finish for both smooth and profiled surfaces. Abralon J3 has a higher density foam layer which is only 3 mm thick. Recommended for high gloss applications, leaving a very smooth surface prior to polish. The flexible weave allows water and air to pass freely, and makes it suitable for both dry and wet sanding.

A general-purpose abrasive film product, designed for matting and paint rectification of top- and clear coat applications. Microstar has a special stearate layer and a smooth film backing. Microstar has a high quality finish and lasts longer as it doesn’t clog as easily as traditional products. Produces a fine scratch pattern that is easy to polish out.

The ultimate single compound system. Polarshine 10 is a medium coarse polishing compound specially designed for achieving the best result after sanding with Mirka’s unique products. Polarshine 10 is suitable for all paint systems and for polishing of scratch-resistant clear coats. It is designed to keep the surface temperature low when polishing and it removes marks permanently.

The Pneumatic Random Orbital Sander – Mirka PROS 650CV (Central Vacuum) is developed in-house by the Mirka’s industry-leading design team. Clever features and attention to detail make it an efficient and effective sanding tool that perfectly suits professional operators. Mirka PROS 650CV has a 5 millimeter orbit and it is specially developed for maximum dust extraction even at low suction power, achieved with a wider, more efficient dust suction outlet in the machine housing.

Mirka OS 383CV (Central Vacuum) is recommended for various applications. This pneumatic orbital sander with the dimension of 70 x 198 mm is recommended to be used on small and medium size areas. The 3.0 mm orbit guarantees a good surface finish.

The light and ergonomic rotary polisher and sander enables efficient dust-free sanding of small areas. The pneumatic machine is equipped with a 77mm backing pad with six holes. Mirka RPS 300CV can be used for a variety of applications. Thanks to the rotary movement the tool provides the efficiency needed for working on glass surfaces. The tool can also be used for solid surface applications and thanks to the small size the tool is excellent for working on round shapes.

The Mirka® DEROS sander is developed for effective and dust-free sanding of all kind of surfaces. The smallest and most ergonomic sander on the market is equipped with a brushless motor, which maintains constant speed even under heavy load. With the lowest vibration values in its class and the unique symmetrical design guarantees that the tool can be used for long periods without fatigue.

Mirka DEOS 383CV is a powerful and compact direct electric orbital sander. At only 10 cm high, the tool’s compact size and optimized ergonomics give it high maneuverability and help deliver a precise and efficient sanding performance in comfort. This small and light sander is naturally equipped with a brushless motor, and speed is easily controlled via a lever. There is also a separate on/off switch for easy and safe handling.

The Mirka Long File Boards, for one or two operators, are a special lightweight construction, complete with an ergonomic grip handle, making sanding hulls faster and more comfortable. They are aimed at putty and primer sanding in marine production. The file boards are designed to be compatible with Mirka's dust-free solutions, simply connect the file board to a dust extractor and minimize the amount of dust in the working environment.
